DO I GET A MEMBERSHIP CARD?

All new members get a free membership card at reception as soon as you join. Bring it with you every time you come to the gym to check-in quickly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD?

No problem, just ask at reception to purchase a replacement card for £2

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

Yes, ample free on-site parking.

ARE THERE LOCKERS?

Yes, secure lockers are provided in the changing rooms.

WHAT ARE IN YOUR CHANGING ROOMS?

Showers, lockers, GHD hair straighteners, Hair dryers, Saunas. Basically everything you need to get you looking and feeling great after a good workout.

HOW DO I LEARN TO SQUAT CORRECTLY?

Simply, you ask a member of our fitness team to show you, we love a good squat. Or give our Squat Club class a go.

DO YOU HAVE A WOMENS ONLY AREA?

No, we encourage all women to become confident enough to train alongside men. Our team will support new female members when starting out to become confident and feel comfortable at the gym.

DO YOU SELL DRINKS?

Yes, we source the best sports products in the form of drinks, snacks and supplements to help performance.

DO YOU HAVE PERSONAL TRAINERS?

Yes, we have the best PT’s in the business waiting to help your reach your goals. click here to view them.

WHAT’S THE BEST DIET TO LOSE WEIGHT?

We don’t believe that one diet fits all, everyone is unique and require individualised nutritional plans. Our Personal Trainers are the best guys to contact.

WHAT SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER NEW MEMBERS?

Our fitness team offer a FREE specific training plan for all new members to help you get started. We also offer 1 to 1 Olympic Lifting sessions and are always happy to give out free tips and advise.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Monday to Friday – 6.30pm to 10pm

Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 4pm

HOW ARE YOUR TEAM ALWAYS HAPPY?

We only ever allow motivated fitness professionals to join our team, the type of people who love to work hard, train hard and play hard. Our team love to be in a fitness/gym environment and thrive on getting the best out of our members. That’s probably why we are always happy.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSIEST TIMES?

Usually, between 5.30pm to 8pm are our busiest times. This can vary during holiday periods. We do have lots of equipment and over 70 classes per week to cater for demand during busy times.

HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?

You can book all of your classes via our online booking system on our website by clicking on the member login button.

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Following the government’s announcement to temporarily shut-down all gyms as of the 20th of March due to COVID-19, we are sad to say we will be closing our doors until further notice.
 
IMPORTANT – All existing members monthly direct debit payments will be frozen for the duration of time that we are closed. Please don’t cancel your direct debit, we will take care of it. When we re-open, your monthly payments can then continue. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your direct debit, please contact Harlands directly –
