The Studio classes below have been selected to help you achieve maximum result.
This is a pre-choreographed non-impact workout aimed at improving and maintaining muscular strength, endurance and tone. This class is ideal for all levels of fitness. Using uplifting music and adjustable barbells and hand weights, this dynamic class targets a specific muscle group starting with the larger muscles. This class is guaranteed to change the shape of your body.
A low impact, total body workout, aiming to increase muscular endurance and tone. Exercises are performed with slow and controlled movements and can be enhanced using hand weights and steps.
Kickboxing is a challenging workout that will improve strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination skills. This class is suitable for people who are just looking for a good workout without the desire to compete. but for those who want to take kickboxing more seriously, this class will provide the opportunity for progression in the form of grading.
The Saturday class is an optional sparring class for those who want to sharpen up their striking and test their skills against others.
The kids class is designed for children of 4 to 12 years old. your child will learn self defence skills, build confidence, learn discipline and improve fitness levels while making new friends. The emphasis of this class is fun, and the atmosphere is friendly with no pressure placed upon the children.
A very popular and exciting dance group for children between the age of 5 and 11. While learning various dance styles, the children meet new friends, keep fit and build confidence.

The Early bird Circuit class has gives customers the chance to complete an intense 45 minute, full body conditioning circuit class twice a week before work. This is an ideal class for those who like to train early in the morning and have the rest of the day to themselves. The class starts at 7am on a Tuesday and Thursday morning and is finished by 7.45am. The Circuit will consist of functional total body conditioning exercises which will develop strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness while burning plenty of calories and fat in the process.
