Group Workouts

Pump-Fit

Plenty of pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging with a weighted barbell makes this workout very effective for changing your body shape quickly. Awesome for improving body tone for women & building muscle tone for men, while burning plenty of calories in the process. Keep pumping & watch your body shape change.

Miss-Fit

This workout is ladies only. Enjoy an all female workout where you’ll perform plenty of body weight exercises during different intervals. The format of this workout has been designed to firm & tone to help you ladies acieve a curvy bikini body.

Kickboxing Club

Our popular kickboxing club offers members the chance to work on a skilled discipline which has great fitness benefits. Attending the kickboxing club can be very rewarding & can easily boost self confidence in adults & juniors. Our junior classes are for anyone between the age of 4 upto 12 years old. Anyone can join our kickboxing club at any time regardless of experience.

Yoga-Fit

Yoga-fit is an awesome workout for improving flexibility, developing static strength & improving muscle tone. Yoga can also decrease the risk of everyday injury & reduce stress levels. This is a challenging workout that everyone can benefit from.

Dance-Fit

Dance-Fit is a workout that feels more like a party than a workout. Easy to follow dance moves make it a really fun workout which will make you want to come back for more. 

HIIT

Our hiit workouts are ideal for anyone who wants a quick effective workout. By using high intensity interval training you can get the job done in as little as 30 to 45 minutes. Be prepared to use the most effective functional equipment including kettlebells, trx, jump boxes, slam balls & boxing bags to perform multi muscle group exercises which are ideal for hiit conditioning. We run various hiit workouts between 30 to 45 minutes, during times of the day where time can be limited & only a quick effective workout will do.

Plus 60

This workout is specifically designed for our older members. Plenty of functional exercises & movements will help improve fitness levels, improve muscle mass, maintain flexibility and make everyday tasks easier to perform. This is a fun social group workout.

Spinning

Spinning is a high tempo indoor cycling workout which mimics the real thing. Ride in a pac & follow the instructors as they take you through different intensity zones including maximum sprints & short to long hill climbs. Get all of the fitness benefits that road cycling provides from this motivating indoor group workout.

Thermoburn

Intensity, intensity, intensity. Thermoburn is full on & one of our highest intensity workouts. Work your way through 10 themed workout music tracks which our dj will deliver. Our two instructors will motivate you while you alternate from the functional workout area to the bodyweight workout area. The dj’s upbeat tunes & funky lighting make this workout a unique fitness experience which everyones loves.

Awesome Abs

You don't need Awesome Abs to take part in this workout but it will certainly help your get some. You'll perform plenty of core muscle exercises which will strengthen the area which suppoert the body during every movement. A stong core will also help prevent injury, improve posture and develop a strong base to improve overall performance. A clean diet will help lower your body fat & make those Awesome Abs visible. This 30 minute workout is ideal to combine with a cardio workout.
