Studio Workout
The Studio classes below have been selected to help you achieve maximum result.
Body Pump
This is a pre-choreographed non-impact workout aimed at improving and maintaining muscular strength, endurance and tone. This class is ideal for all levels of fitness. Using uplifting music and adjustable barbells and hand weights, this dynamic class targets a specific muscle group starting with the larger muscles. This class is guaranteed to change the shape of your body.

Fitness Classes
The fitness classes are designed with women in mind. They’re suitable for ladies of all ages and fitness levels and are aimed at improving fitness levels, toning, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. The classes are freestyle, which means they’ll be constantly changing week by week for maximum results. You’ll be using the newest and most effective fitness styles of exercise available.
Inch Loss Classes
Losing weight, toning and dropping dress sizes is far easier to achieve when the right exercise is combined with the correct eating habits. The inch loss class at the end of the week will simplify all of the complicated nutritional jargon used these days and give you the knowledge to make sure you’ve got a healthy balanced diet in place.
You’ll receive sound nutritional advice and tasty healthy recipe cards to help keep your meals interesting. Your progress will be monitored with our weight and measurement programme. Dropping a dress size will come sooner than you ever imagined possible.
Olympic Weight Lifting Workshop
Our qualified Olympic Lifting coaches will teach you how to correctly perform the Clean & Jerk, the Snatch, progressions and assisted lifts. Olympic lifts are great for improving sports performance, general conditioning and have more recently become hugely popular due to cross-fit style training. Learning to perform the Olympic Lifts will be challenging, fun and very rewarding. The benefits of performing these multi-functional lifts (when performed correctly) will far outweigh all other gym exercises.
Combat
Strike, Punch, Kick your way through a totally empowering cardio workout. Use moves taken from Martial Arts disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Muay Tai, Tai Chi, while listening to pumping music and burning plenty of calories.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a challenging workout that will improve strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination skills. This class is suitable for people who are just looking for a good workout without the desire to compete. but for those who want to take kickboxing more seriously, this class will provide the opportunity for progression in the form of grading.
The kids class is designed for children of 4 to 12 years old. your child will learn self defence skills, build confidence, learn discipline and improve fitness levels while making new friends. The emphasis of this class is fun, and the atmosphere is friendly with no pressure placed upon the children.
Dance Lessons
A very popular and exciting dance group for children between the age of 5 and 11. While learning various dance styles, the children meet new friends, keep fit and build confidence.
Kettlebells
K1 Class
An intense one hour class teaching you the basics of kettelbell training. The benefits of this course are:-

K2 Class
A drop in training session for all those who have completed the k1 foundation course. An opportunity to be put through a fun, tough but unique kettlebell training session. A different workout every week, new challenges and new exercises every week. A great opportunity to bring some much needed variation and fun to your training regimes.
Yoga-Fit
This is freestyle fitness yoga, so it's unlike traditional yoga. The Instructor won't chant or use any yoga phrases, it's based more around fitness style moves and yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility. Fun and challenging without all the fluffy weird stuff that comes with traditional yoga.
Zumba®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhymes and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energising, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class.
ZumbaGold®
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
ZumbAtomic®
Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience.
Early Bird Circuits
The Early bird Circuit class gives customers the chance to complete an intense 45 minute, full body conditioning circuit class twice a week before work. This is an ideal class for those who like to train early in the morning and have the rest of the day to themselves. The class starts at 7am on a Tuesday and Thursday morning and is finished by 7.45am. The Circuit will consist of functional total body conditioning exercises which will develop strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness while burning plenty of calories and fat in the process.
Plus 60
A class designed to help older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. Whether you're a veteran gym member or a newcomer, we welcome you to come and enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting.
Awesome Abs
A group workout that gives you 30 minutes of concentrated effort towards your abs! It will hit you hard from several angles whilst trimming, tightening and firming. Awesome abs is a great compliment to any routine.
Livestrong Cycling
Experience the ultimate indoor group cycling workout. Be inspired and motivated by the instructor and music in a challenging 45 minute workout. Excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. This workout is suitable for beginners right up to experienced cyclists as you are in control of your bikes resistance at all times.
