We don’t believe that one diet fits all, everyone is unique and require individualised nutritional plans. Our Personal Trainers are the best guys to contact.
Our fitness team offer a FREE specific training plan for all new members to help you get started. We also offer 1 to 1 Olympic Lifting sessions and are always happy to give out free tips and advise.
Monday to Friday – 6.30pm to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 4pm
We only ever allow motivated fitness professionals to join our team, the type of people who love to work hard, train hard and play hard. Our team love to be in a fitness/gym environment and thrive on getting the best out of our members. That’s probably why we are always happy.
Usually, between 5.30pm to 8pm are our busiest times. This can vary during holiday periods. We do have lots of equipment and over 70 classes per week to cater for demand during busy times.
